💳 REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy applies to all services and digital products offered under the brands of SHELTON DOUGLAS GROUP PYT LTD.

1. Strategy & Consulting Services

Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice for a full refund.
Less than 48 hours = 50% fee applies.
No-shows = non-refundable.

Retainer plans require a 7-day notice before renewal for cancellation.

2. Educational Services (Courses, Mentorships)
Refunds are only granted within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of content has been consumed.

Exclusive mentorships and limited-slot programs are non-refundable after confirmation.

3. Business Development Services
Custom development and launch strategies may be partially refunded depending on delivery stage. If major deliverables were already completed, up to 30% refund may apply. Cancellations post-kickoff will incur 50% project value fee.
